Maintaining A Weekend Exercise Routine During COVID-19 Era

What do you do when certainty seems impossible to find? For many of us, the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have pulled the rug out from under our routines and left us with a sudden lack of structure. Certainty is in short supply these days and we're all feeling the residual effects. That is why creating and honoring your own daily rituals is more important than ever.

Practicing daily rituals offer us a sense of grounding, calm, and purpose. This is particularly important when aspects of life feel uncertain. Creating and sticking to a regular routine helps us lower stress levels, form good daily habits, optimize health and well-being, and helps us feel more focused and productive!

On the flipside, a lack of structure can create endless days that run together without a sense of grounding or even meaning. People can easily become depressed or anxious, so many of us have experienced these feelings in varying levels since the pandemic hit in March.

For many of us the weekends seem to hold particular difficulty in finding a sense of regularity, structure, and well-being. So we have created a structure solution for our The Core Expert®️ community. Every weekend  I invite you to join me each as we create structure and rituals that support you in Body, Mind, and Spirit!

Set the tone with Saturday morning movement and close out the weekend with Sunday evening meditation.

Every Saturday I will be hopping on Zoom and leading a Pilates-based movement class, and every Sunday I will lead us in a short, mindfulness-based guided meditation. Many of you have been joining me to start your weekend with a good sweat and and end it with serenity, I'd love to welcome more.

These are donation-based offerings and I hope you join me in the spirit of community, wellness, and joy!

Remember, routines can be an anchor and can help us manage the uncertainty we all face. That's why now is the time to commit to routines that support your health and well-being in Body, Mind, and Spirit!

I hope to see you this weekend.
