Blackberry Kale Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries (or use fresh, if desired)

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice

  • 2 large handfuls kale leaves

  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt (or use Greek yogurt for a vegetarian option)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high speed until smooth.

  • Serve and enjoy!
