You can take The Core Expert™️ app with you anywhere. Just make sure you have a secure connection. Log in to your account on the app from your phone or tablet, or sign in via the web browser version on your laptop or TV.

+ Can I take it online?
Yes! Due to COVID-19, all TCE movement classes are currently being held online. Our founder and CEO, Jessica, plans to resume teaching in person at some point in the LA area, but dates are TBD.
+ How long will it take to notice a difference in how I feel?
No matter which video you choose to begin with, from Yoga to Pilates, we guarantee you’ll walk away feeling a total reset in your body, mind, and spirit.
+ How many classes can I take in a week?
However many you’d like! We recommend listening to your body’s intuition. A great starting point is 2-3 classes per week.
+ How much does the membership cost?
Each membership automatically includes 7 free days. After 7 days, your paid subscription will begin and your membership will automatically renew. The Core Expert app is only 12.99/month, and you can save by purchasing an annual subscription of $129/year.
